8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale.
Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
