$110,000 - $120,000Onsite

About The Position

ColourPop is all about accessible, trend-driven beauty that moves at the speed of culture. Known for rapid launches, viral moments, and a passionate community, we create high-quality, cruelty-free products that bring what’s next in beauty to our fans first. As part of the Seed Beauty family, we redefine what it means to innovate fast — and have fun doing it. This position will be onsite in Sherman Oaks 4-5 days/week. Only Southern CA based candidates will be considered About the Role The Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager owns full-funnel influencer marketing and campaign architecture, aligning every activation to ColourPop's brand go-to-market strategy across our key channels: retail, digital, and offline. This is a role for a leader who is equally brand- and performance-driven. Influencer sits together with Social as one pod, and you'll run as one connected discipline spanning both paid and organic — plugged directly into the broader social and marketing engine. You bring a data-driven mindset and fluency in paid media analytics, including ROAS, iROAS, CPM, and CPE, and you know how to assess and pressure-test the attribution tools that track them. You'll partner with Social to reinvigorate our community ambassador program.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or brand communications; both in-house and agency experience preferred, ideally in a multi-brand setting.
  • Proven track record building and scaling both paid and organic influencer programs, always-on and campaign-driven.
  • Experience building and owning a creator/talent roster, including recruitment, vetting, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
  • Experience scaling affiliate, VIP, and community ambassador programs.
  • Strong network of influencers and agents across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, including managing direct reports.
  • Data-savvy, with fluency in paid media analytics (ROAS, iROAS, CPM, CPE) and experience assessing attribution and tracking tools.
  • Experience with influencer data and CRM platforms such as Traackr and CreatorIIQ; comfortable using EMV as one input among many, not a standalone measure.
  • Well-versed in social media channels (paid and organic), trends, branded content development, and influencer/social metrics and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills — verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Passion for emerging trends in digital culture, social media, and brand storytelling.
