Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS systems experience (Dayforce strongly preferred)
  • Business analyst experience
  • HR regulatory environment and compliance knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • HR metrics and analytics a plus
  • Lead or project management experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving and relationship building experience preferred
  • Programming language concepts (SQL, DAX, XML) experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the activities of the HRIS team providing direction and development while leading the ongoing review and prioritization of HRIS projects
  • Deliver solutions and processes applying HCM expertise to address technical and business issues in addition to developing, upgrading, and maintaining our HR systems
  • Ensure proper design, development and documentation of system configurations and processes, while managing implementations, upgrades and maintenance of new and existing HR systems
  • Review end-user and peer feedback on systems and processes to identify enhancements, then develop action plans and timelines
  • Consider downstream impact on system changes and ensure appropriate communications to impacted groups
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to influence and drive strategy, ensuring the accuracy, creation and cadence of standard queries and reports for end users
