About The Position

As a pivotal member of our dynamic Human Resources (HR) team, you will be a member and assist in configuring our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is essential to our collaborative and iterative process, which focuses on delivering high-quality, functional software in short, manageable cycles to provide optimal support for our employees. By effectively maintaining the LMS, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely creation and distribution of essential training materials. Meeting configuration tasks swiftly and adhering to deadlines will be instrumental in this position. This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. We are a team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
  • 3+ Years in supporting and configuring Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience supporting HR general inquiries
  • Case management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of configuring Cornerstone
  • Experience using Workday as a HRIS
  • Experience in a Scrum environment
  • Experience using Jira
