The Senior Manager, HR Systems is responsible for owning the strategy, design, and execution of people analytics capabilities within Workday. This role leads advanced analytics delivery through Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Composite Reporting, while also overseeing inbound and outbound integrations that support enterprise workforce data and insights. This position serves as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to ensure Workday is leveraged as a trusted, scalable, and insights-driven platform that enables data-driven workforce decisions.
