TXSE is seeking a hands-on Human Resources professional to own the day-to-day administration of Human Resources, Payroll Operations, Benefits Administration, and Equity Administration. This position reports directly to the Chief Accounting Officer & Director of Human Resources and will become the operational leader of the HR function. This is not a strategic HR executive position. It is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys building processes, improving systems, solving problems, and executing the day-to-day work. The successful candidate believes no task is beneath them and takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional employee service. The role partners closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and executive leadership to build an HR function capable of supporting the Company’s continued growth.
