About The Position

CSL Behring Australia is undergoing extensive and positive change as we expand and grow. In addition to contributing to Australia's export economy, CSL has invested and continues to invest in substantial new manufacturing facilities to support CSL's global strategy and provide the network with a crucial supply of life saving products. You will report into the HR Site Lead Broadmeadows and be responsible for partnering with Site leaders to support site performance, including workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, talent and succession, and other key people priorities in support of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, business or related field preferred
  • Experience in progressive HR Business Partner roles
  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles is preferred
  • Experience in a similar position within Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Health industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of high performance and engagement with the business
  • Using data and best practice to provide leaders with insights and recommendations on their people plans to support business and people decisions
  • Influence and build relationships with leaders and people managers
  • Lead, navigate and support the business through a significant, positive site transformation
  • Provide HR advice and counsel to leaders concerning performance, HR policies, grievance processes, and union matters
  • Obtain and use available people and business metrics to inform and proactively manage people decisions
  • Support cyclical end-to-end performance review, talent and development processes
