•$180,000 - $220,000•Onsite

About The Position

OpenGov is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and hands-on Sr. Manager to join its GTM Finance & Strategy team. The role owns critical financial and operational analyses, forecasting processes, and business reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Working closely with the Director of GTM Finance & Strategy, the CFO, and GTM leadership, the Sr. Manager will turn complex operational data into actionable insights, improve decision-making, and support the company’s growth. The position is based in-office at OpenGov’s San Francisco headquarters and directly reports to the Director, GTM Finance & Strategy. The role drives performance analysis and forecasting, including bookings, sales capacity and productivity, retention, pipeline coverage, and win rates at product and segment levels. It owns ARR reporting infrastructure and GTM P&L forecasting, and partners with Commercial Operations and Accounting on CPQ data, deal guardrails, and GAAP revenue dynamics. The Sr. Manager will also build and improve financial models, reporting systems, and planning frameworks; lead strategic projects; and deliver accurate, executive-ready analysis with minimal oversight. The position manages and develops a Sr. Analyst and builds trusted partnerships across Sales, Professional Services, RevOps, Customer Success, and the CFO’s office. OpenGov describes its environment as fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative, with an in-office workplace and a performance-based culture.
