As a Sr. Manager, Merch Finance - Home, you will support and drive key strategic priorities in service of delivering growth and profitability. You will interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities that you will translate into executive level insights. You will create financial tools to streamline decision making and partner with internal clients to drive progress and accountability against long term aspirations and key initiatives. Finally, you will develop process improvements using strategic problem-solving skills. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience– preferably in Finance or Business-related area.
  • 6+ years of finance and business experience
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building with a team focus.
  • Self-starter with ability to navigate complex white-space problems and comfort with ambiguity
  • Curious and credible thought leader
  • Strong analytic aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and organizational ability

Nice To Haves

  • MBA a plus but not required.
