About The Position
The role partners closely with Operations and Compliance to ensure we maintain compliant, scalable reporting processes as production complexity and regulatory requirements evolve. This role will ensure we remain compliant with TTB regulations and are prepared for audits of our records and processes.
Requirements
- Strong execution and controls mindset with proven ability to manage detail-intensive manufacturing reporting
- Clear and confident communicator capable of translating complex reporting requirements into actionable guidance
- Highly organized, self-directed operator with a focus on continuous improvement
- Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Plant Operations, Logistics
- Tax and regulatory filings
- Audit readiness
Responsibilities
- Preparation, execution, and filing of Mark Anthony’s federal manufacturing regulatory reports, including the monthly Brewers/Spirits Reports of Operations.
- Owns the governance and oversight of daily batch records across all internal manufacturing facilities, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready to substantiate federal filings.
- Improvement of Mark Anthony business processes to better align with TTB regulatory reporting.
- Mark Anthony Business practices that are not compliant with TTB regulations.
