Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, business operations, executive operations, chief of staff functions, strategic planning coordination, or related operational leadership roles.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, business functions, and leadership teams required.
  • Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
  • Strong executive presence, professionalism, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate independently with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and operational coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping create structure and operating discipline.
  • Strong written communication and presentation development skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate organizational dynamics effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed, or rapidly changing environments preferred.
  • Background in executive operations, business operations, consulting, communications, organizational effectiveness, or strategic project management strongly preferred.
  • Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the GM’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, business objectives, and organizational operating cadence.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, site visit logistics, expense reporting, and executive itinerary management.
  • Support prioritization, scheduling, and preparation for leadership meetings, customer engagements, and strategic business activities.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the GM, helping coordinate priorities, communications, and follow-through across the leadership team.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership operating cadence including weekly staff meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Own and maintain the annual strategic calendar for the leadership team.
  • Track key action items, commitments, decisions, and deliverables across the senior leadership team to improve accountability and execution follow-through.
  • Support MBO and goal-setting processes, reporting, and leadership follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for incoming leadership hires as needed.
  • Support development and coordination of town halls, leadership communications, presentations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Draft and coordinate executive communications including internal messages, presentations, LinkedIn content, and organizational updates.
  • Help improve communication flow and alignment across cross-functional teams and business locations.
  • Support leadership visibility, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the GM and leadership team.
  • Help create operational structure, prioritization, and coordination across multiple business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain systems, tools, and processes that improve organizational effectiveness, communication flow, and leadership visibility.
  • Support knowledge management and centralized leadership documentation to maintain a common operating picture across the organization.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, discretion, and professionalism in managing sensitive business matters.
