If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams A role with Enterprise Price (Previously PPCOE) means you’re on a mission with merchants to develop the enterprise-wide pricing and promotion strategies. Your work will impact millions of dollars in the form of everyday retail prices, promotional strategy and effectiveness, clearance management and competitive pricing. Here, you’ll be a key business consultant to merchants and develop relationships with buyers, senior buyers and leaders. Your strong partnership with Marketing will bring offers to life for guests, and you’ll also work closely with Store Operations, Finance and other key support areas. As a Sr. Manager Everyday Pricing – Food & Beverage (F&B) you will: Lead, coach and develop a team of eight Sr. Analysts which develop and execute on pricing strategies Leverage data to set strategic direction and compelling goals for the global pricing team that drive Target’s price perception and financial success across F&B businesses Effectively collaborate across all levels of merchandising roundtable stakeholders to communicate price position, remove barriers to progress and set strategic priorities in service of joint goals Complete robust financial modeling and provide range of outcome scenarios for large strategic pricing changes Drive process best practices and leverage continuous improvement to ensure the development and delivery of pricing insights across multiple levels of the merchandising organization. Lead projects to enhance pricing as a global capability partnering with pricing operations, product, competitive intelligence and strategy teams around the globe.
