  • 7-10 years Experience in budget forecasting and budget tracking with a high degree of accuracy. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience creating and presenting technical and financial business cases to senior management. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Skilled at management of RFI/RFP process, capital acquisitions and contact negotiations. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Effective organizational objectives/goal setting and achieving experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop engineering managers and staff to achieve performance and behavior objectives within the function
  • Engage cross-functionally with department leadership and vendors to advance major initiatives and resolve operational issues
  • Contribute to budget development and manage resources to meet financial objectives within the area
  • Develop and approve network design documents for new systems and features deployment
  • Ensure development and execution of test plans for major releases and key features following engineering best practices
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
