This role will leverage proficiency in Demand Generation marketing to build Demand Generation Campaign Strategy & Oversee Implementation, develop and execute top-of-funnel strategies to drive brand heat with younger consumers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to plan and execute integrated campaigns. The position involves managing and optimizing upper-funnel channels, testing new platforms, leading creative strategy and briefing, and defining/tracking KPIs for upper-funnel success. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, lifecycle, and performance marketing teams, as well as mentoring junior team members.
