Requirements

Responsibilities

• Carry a key role in helping drive improvement of local procedures / processes for the business by product line.
• Product line profitability management from quotation through EOP. Monitor and track project profitability before and after SOP with PC / plant /project teams, to drive improvement actions as business P/L co-owner.
• Overall business performance analysis, provide business insight regards to forward looking scenarios-based analysis, deviation analysis compared to budget /forecast.
• Understand business drivers, need and process to identify opportunity and challenges, working with finance /BU/plant to ensure all initiatives implemented.
• Proactively participate annual budgeting / monthly rolling forecast.
• New business quotation and analysis in each PR gate.
• Well tracking for R&D expenses and engineering revenue/allocation /capitalization.
