As the Senior Training Manager for the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring (ACM) business, this role leads the strategic development and delivery of clinical, product, market, and selling-skills training for commercial teams. This involves designing and executing advanced learning programs across virtual, live, in-person, and self-paced formats to prepare the sales organization for maximizing the current portfolio and supporting successful product launches. The Senior Training Manager also serves as the strategic lead for commercial training and sales enablement within the ACM commercial leadership team. The role involves close collaboration with the ACM Sales Training team, Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Medical, and subject matter experts to build and execute the ACM learning curriculum, support Field Sales Trainers (FSTs), and partner on major training events including product launches, national sales meetings, and new-hire programs.
