About The Position

Weather Shield is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Specialist to join the corporate team at the Medford, WI office. The Sales Training & Enablement Specialist operates cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Care, IT and outside vendors; responsible for the development of highly effective sales tools, training content, use of technology, as well as the delivery of training to improve efficiency and success of the field sales team. This position will also establish a sales learning system: train, sustain knowledge, develop skills, transfer skills, and coach to mastery.
