About The Position

The Sales Enablement team is dedicated to improving sales productivity and effectiveness. We work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our sales professionals have the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. Our mission is to empower the sales team to win more deals and drive revenue growth for the company. The Junior Sales Enablement Specialist will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of impactful enablement programs, create and maintain essential sales materials, and provide comprehensive support for the onboarding of new sales talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, sales support, marketing, communications, or related role
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Enablement team by contributing to the creation of engaging training materials, presentations, and other enablement resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of effective sales training sessions and events
  • Provide essential support for the new hire onboarding process, ensuring seamless access to necessary tools and information
  • Organize and maintain training content to ensure all materials are current, accurate, and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Effectiveness tool managers and Sales Operations to streamline processes and optimize sales team efficiency
  • Document and communicate best practices and standardized sales processes
  • Gather valuable feedback from the sales team to identify areas for continuous improvement
