The Senior Manager, Commerce (Omnichannel & Merchandising) serves as the primary point person for promotional strategy across ADT eCommerce channels, with ownership of promotional planning, testing, and execution governance. This role leads PCRF management, partners closely with the Pricing team on promotional modeling/economics and works with the Legal team to ensure compliant promotional messaging, disclaimers, and offer execution across channels. Secondarily, this role directly owns day‑to‑day Amazon channel execution (inclusive of Amazon fulfilled marketplace extensions where applicable), including revenue and conversion performance, content testing and optimization, and operational health. The role leads Amazon listing and creative optimization in partnership with the Brand team, Amazon merchandising teams, and external partner agencies, and collaborates with Retail Media to align promotional content with traffic and conversion strategies. Together, these responsibilities ensure 1) promotions are compliant, data‑driven, scalable across ADT channels to efficiently drive new customer acquisition, and 2) ADT has a customer-forward, fast-growing business on Amazon.
