This role sits within the Supply Chain Services capability and is part of a global function providing operational support to Global Supply Chain, with a specific focus on Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) systems. The Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training will have responsibility for leading and implementing the business adoption activities and results within the team, focused on an ERP and other SC&O platform implementation. This position will partner with and have accountability for an extended team of individuals who will implement the people, site, and business readiness across the organization. They will interact with functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts and the project management team to integrate, operate and fully implement a cohesive organizational change plan. The plan will encompass all vital aspects of organizational change readiness, stakeholder engagement, business adoption, communications, business security, and training, all passionate about ensuring a successful implementation.
