The CFC (Client-Facing Colleagues) Business Product Owner is a new role within the CRM Business Product team directly reporting to the CRM CFC Business Product Lead within the Customer Engagement Technology & Innovation organization in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). This is a high-visibility role, owning the end-to-end success of our CRM engagement platform supporting HCP/HCO-facing colleagues (CFC) globally, across all brands representing the needs for Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups. Over the next several years Pfizer will be re-platforming our CRM technology and this role will be also support this program. The role is expected to leverage the product model to identify technology enhancement opportunities that enable Pfizer’s business objectives and improve the CFC experience. They will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and contribute to the strategic CFC product roadmap. They will partner closely with our digital technology teams and vendors to concept, plan, build and deploy solutions responsible for the end-to-end success.
