This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedication and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. As the Sr. Manager of Business Resilience, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the full lifecycle of contingency planning and incident management. This includes developing and executing our enterprise-wide business continuity strategy, conducting business impact analyses (BIAs), leading contingency and incident responses, and managing drills and exercises to ensure operational readiness for launches, tests, and other critical events. You will be a hands-on leader, working collaboratively across all business units to identify, measure, and mitigate risks, directly contributing to the resilience and success of our operations. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring operational continuity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
