About The Position

The World of Red Bull provides the forum for you to use your talent and passion to develop yourself and make an impact. Reporting to the VP, Brand Partnerships, YOU will manage our partnership opportunities to grow the Red Bull brand through reach and engagement. You will work with several teams internally to assess, prioritize, and execute all partnership deals across Red Bull Marketing and Media Network properties.

Requirements

8+ years of sales & business development experience specifically in event sponsorships, digital/print media, and content production.
Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to accelerate audience growth that contributes revenue for Red Bull and our partners.
Success with strategic solutions while using quantitative analytics paired with Red Bull ways of working.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects at once.
Working knowledge of long form contracts and legal frameworks all while adhering to corp. policies.
An expert in the partnership space with the ability to contribute outside of essential responsibilities.
Expert in PowerPoint, excel and other creative pre/post planning tools including co-pilot.

Responsibilities

Redefine the development and execution of strategic partnership programs in North America, driving revenue growth and business impact across multiple lines of business.
Drive annual business plan objectives through the creation of integrated partnership solutions, including co-branded content, live events, social campaigns, and experiential programs that deliver partner objectives and audience growth.
Develop business cases, financial analyses, and commercial frameworks to evaluate new partnership opportunities, leading negotiations in collaboration with Legal and key stakeholders.
Develop strategic relationships with high-level decision makers across key categories ranging from Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Footwear/Apparel and other endemic and non-endemic brands.
Partner with cross-functional Marketing and Media teams to identify, evaluate, and commercialize new revenue opportunities.
Manage internal workflow processes with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
Identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and advance long-term business objectives.
Influence senior internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations based on market trends, partnership performance, and commercial opportunities.
Own a portfolio of strategic partnership accounts, leading partner relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Deliver best-in-class account management, fostering long-term partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Build and manage production budgets and P&Ls with a strong focus on profitability and financial performance.
Develop and execute robust 360 marketing plans that promote and showcase the combined value of both partner & Red Bull brands.
Work closely with our Red Bull Media Network & Programming teams on building effective Social Media plans in support of our partner content.
Work closely with Production teams in development/execution of Content and Event production.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of media buying, sales, distribution, and measurement, effectively communicating opportunities and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
Project manage assignments within the organization and with internal teams/agencies from project kick off through execution to completion and renewal.
Lead and recap weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure the Red Bull + Partner is consistently, and appropriately, communicated.
Promote a positive work environment to allow employee engagement.
Work with internal cross functional teams within Marketing and Media to evaluate new revenue streams.
