Restaurant Brands International Inc. The Sr. Manager, Development Execution plays a crucial role in expanding the Tim Hortons US brand by fostering development agreements with new and existing partners. This involves identifying and cultivating potential partners, structuring and negotiating multi-year development agreements, and leading financial and operational due diligence. The role also includes creating marketing materials for investor pitches and sourcing potential franchisees. The Tim Hortons US Sr. Manager, Business Development is responsible for identifying and vetting prospective franchisees, managing a robust pipeline of prospects, and negotiating development agreements to achieve significant new development signings.
