About The Position

The Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA) team connects business strategy to technology execution through business capabilities, value streams, processes, organizational constructs, information, and decision frameworks. It aligns business vision, product direction, and technology execution in an end-to-end model to support enterprise technology transformation. The team shapes the Enterprise Business Capability Model and operating frameworks that help product, engineering, and business functions innovate and deliver outcomes at scale. The Senior Manager will lead business architecture strategy and practice, advise senior stakeholders, and develop enterprise capability models, value streams, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps. The role embeds risk architecture, regulatory obligations, controls, privacy, and data traceability into enterprise blueprints. It also supports modernization and complex risk-driven use cases through capability-to-technology mapping, process analysis, architecture traceability, and alignment with Enterprise Architecture. The position requires executive-level communication and influence, organizational leadership, and the ability to develop business architects and analysts while establishing standards and repeatable frameworks. The role will also promote Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics, and use performance measures to guide decisions and demonstrate value. Architecture and transformation efforts must align with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
