About The Position

The Comcast Business Brand Strategy team builds, advances, and protects the brand through strategy, identity, positioning, messaging, activation, and planning. We ensure consistent understanding of the Comcast Business brand across employees, partners, and external audiences. Positioned at the intersection of customer insights, commercial marketing and brand communications, we are a key partner and alignment function for the organization. Comcast Business is a leading global technology and communications provider—serving millions of small businesses and 90% of the Fortune 500—with advanced solutions that power connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Strategy to lead further impact of our brand. This role will drive strategic brand initiatives, lead messaging development, and own visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. This person will be responsible for translating business objectives and customer insights into compelling brand narratives and design systems that reinforce Comcast Business’s brand purpose and drive business impact with B2B prospects and customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand, great at connecting the dots, can manage (and be excited by!) big opportunities, and has experience effectively working through ambiguity in a large, matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in brand strategy, identity, or marketing roles.
  • Proven and experienced writer—able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling, and crisp narratives.
  • Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into compelling messaging.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage product and consumer insights to create benefit-led messaging aligned with brand principles.
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple teams and data sources into clear, unified narratives.
  • Develop and implement strategic brand frameworks, positioning, naming, and messaging for products and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Plan and manage research to inform brand strategy and message development.
  • Influence and align messaging across internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Own and evolve the Comcast Business visual identity, including logos, typography, color, iconography, photography, sonic, animation, and environmental branding.
  • Maintain and update Brand Guidelines, and foundational brand assets.
  • Lead brand alignment across internal teams, agencies, and executive leadership.
  • Support brand photoshoots and asset production planning.
  • Steward visual identity across channels including dotcom, app, retail, and experiential.
  • Support the development of the Comcast Business Brand Hub as a dynamic digital resource.
  • Drive consistent brand message and identity across teams including but not limited to dotcom, advertising, sales enablement, digital and social.
  • Manage and oversee agency and third-party vendor relationships, including scoping work, negotiating deliverables, and effectively managing budgets to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Present confidently to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive results through teamwork, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Leverage AI, building and deploying agents to support messaging and content development using Co-Pilot and proprietary AI tools.
