The Sr Manager- Brand Activation & Engagement leads the strategy and execution of brand partnerships, activations, and engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness, consideration, lead generation, and customer conversion. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, market‑relevant execution aligned with overall brand strategy. The Sr Manager oversees a geographically dispersed team, agencies, and strategic partners responsible for planning, delivering, and optimizing brand activations and local market engagement programs, ensuring measurable impact and consistent brand execution. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates but with a preference to reside in our Wisconsin, Utah, Montana or Idaho markets.
