About The Position

We are looking for a structured thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to own the "0-to-1" incubation of new business lines—from ideas to real, revenue-generating products in our customers’ hands. This role involves designing, building, and shipping new features in weekly sprints. You will spend 80% of your time rolling up your sleeves—market research/analysis, incubating new product ideas, building/testing/launching new features. Phase 1 involves joining an existing product team to learn how products are built, including customer research, writing product specs, feature roadmapping, using Figma and Codex/Claude for prototypes, and working with engineers and designers. Phase 2 involves launching a new business line from scratch, building out its phases, and successfully launching new products. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring and building a team for the new business line you create.

Requirements

• Think in systems and first principles
• Understand the fundamental "why" behind customer behavior and market dynamics
• Obsessed with the story behind the numbers
• 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm
• Comfortable juggling multiple complex projects
• Ready to transition from advising to owning
• Comfortable running your own complex data analysis
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete results
• Comfortable interacting with executives on a daily basis

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking or a high-growth startup environment
