About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Bakery Recruiting to join our team at our Los Angeles Headquarters in Westchester, CA. As the Sr. Manager, Bakery Recruiting, you will be accountable for delivering timely, high-quality hiring outcomes across bakery operations by leading a team of recruiters while directly managing critical requisitions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our bakeries are fully staffed to meet production demands by removing hiring bottlenecks, setting clear performance expectations, and maintaining direct accountability for hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles. Based in our Los Angeles office four days a week, you’ll be right at the center of the action. This role offers the perfect blend of high-impact collaboration with your recruiting partners and daily, front-row exposure to our operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including managing recruiter performance
  • Proven experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to consistently deliver hiring results across bakery operations
  • Directly manage and fill high-priority and hard‑to‑staff bakery requisitions to ensure uninterrupted production
  • Remove process bottlenecks and improve hiring speed while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Align recruiting strategy with bakery production needs, workforce plans, and operational timelines
  • Establish clear performance expectations, metrics, and accountability for recruiting outcomes
  • Partner with bakery leadership and HR to anticipate talent needs and proactively address gaps
  • Ensure a consistent, scalable recruiting approach that delivers qualified talent across locations
