We are seeking a senior Pharmaceutical Data & Analytics SME to support the Cystic Fibrosis Sales & Performance team. This role will serve as the functional expert across commercial data, Snowflake/lakehouse assets, reporting, and analytics while partnering closely with business and technology teams. The position will evolve into leading a dedicated analytics support pod.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences commercial data, analytics, or data engineering.
- Strong experience with sales performance, patient services, speciality pharmacy, Veeva CRM, HCP/HCO, territory alignment, claims/prescription data, or related commercial domains.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and data quality/reconciliation.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Rare Disease/Cystic Fibrosis, Patient Services, or Specialty Care analytics.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, semantic models, and data product operating models.
- Experience leading analytics support pods or distributed delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for Cystic Fibrosis commercial data, sales performance, and reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, business rules, data quality, and metric definitions.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on Snowflake/lakehouse architecture and reporting-ready data products.
- Guide offshore teams and help establish governance, documentation, and delivery processes for the future analytics pod.
