The Sr. Manager, Account Analytics and Reporting is responsible for building and leading the analytics function that powers commercial decision-making across North American Wholesale and Carhartt Company Gear. This leader partners closely with peers across Enablement, Operations, Enterprise Data, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Planning to ensure data and insights are shaping decisions before they are made, not after. Consumer trends and market signals serve as a critical lens throughout, ensuring the team is always oriented toward where the market is headed. At the same time, the analytics this team produces is what equips the field, giving channel sales directors and their teams the account-level clarity, seasonal intelligence, and performance visibility they need to show up to every selling moment prepared and confident. This leader is influential and sets the strategic direction and standards for how that work gets done, serving as the gatekeeper for ad hoc requests, driving standardization, and protecting team capacity for the highest-value work. This role leads three direct reports - two BA Managers and a Sr. Report Analyst - supported by a team of Business Analysts, and operates as a key pillar within the integrated Sales Operations + Enablement system.
