Community Support Services (CSS) transforms lives and community by supporting veterans, ending homelessness, treating substance use, and preventing and intervening in community and domestic violence. As a department in Mecklenburg County’s Health and Human Services Agency, CSS maximizes community partnerships and collaborative opportunities to improve access to services and advocate for the needs of special populations. Position Specific Information A Home For All (AHFA) is a community-wide initiative that addresses the full continuum of housing needs, including homelessness response, prevention, stabilization, and long-term housing sustainability. The initiative supports individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness as well as those who are currently housed but at risk of housing instability, ensuring access to services and resources that promote long-term stability. Foundation For The Carolinas is a key partner in supporting AHFA by engaging private funding to enhance and maximize public investments and address system gaps. Mecklenburg County serves as the Collaborative Applicant for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Continuum of Care (CoC), authorized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CoC promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness while also strengthening system coordination to prevent housing loss and support stability. Through coordinated funding and partnerships, the CoC works to rapidly rehouse individuals and families, promote access to mainstream resources, and support pathways toward self-sufficiency. This position will collect, analyze, and translate performance and outcome data across AHFA-funded and CoC funded programs, including homelessness response, prevention, and housing stabilization initiatives. The Senior Management Analyst will provide actionable feedback and insight to contracted providers and County leadership and will assist in the development, oversight, and monitoring of new and existing contracts to ensure alignment with system goals and performance standards. The position will work closely with CoC staff to support the CoC Board by providing data-informed guidance, performance analysis, and continuous quality improvement recommendations across the housing stability system. Position is full time onsite Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Located at 3205 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. Position Summary Performs research and analysis for an assigned County Department or Division. This lead position is responsible for managing projects, advising management on results and recommending necessary adjustments to department procedures.
