Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of applicable experience required
  • Expected to follow clean-as-you-go practices and apply 6S principles in the workplace
  • Capable of adjusting priorities and approaches in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with the following: HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of security systems
  • High aptitude for learning new skills
  • Working knowledge of computers with an ability to open and read email, calendars, and event agendas

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education/trade school experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience with planning and scheduling within a CMMS strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing as assigned
  • Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and repair equipment, minor electrical, HVAC trouble shooting and repair, carpentry and plumbing services.
  • Ability to effectively use CAD software to support design and documentation needs
  • Maintain security gates and garage doors
  • Maintenance of landscaping irrigation system as required
  • Possess an intermediate understanding of construction practices
  • Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
  • Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
  • Work alongside the Facilities Maintenance team on various tasks
  • Change filters for HVAC and plumbing systems as required
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, if required
