About The Position

This role involves resolving critical and complex facility issues, managing medium to large facility projects, and leading facility-related design and construction projects. The position also includes managing energy conservation programs, investigating incidents, managing project schedules and budgets, and identifying/evaluating vendors for facility services. Additionally, the role requires consulting management on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) matters, managing emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental compliance, and operational safety programs, and supporting business continuity and uptime assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve critical and complex facility issues escalated from technicians, customers, and contractors.
  • Manage medium to large facility projects.
  • Lead and evaluate facility-related design and construction projects.
  • Manage energy conservation programs and track utility usage and costs.
  • Investigate incidents and facilitate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and evaluate vendors for facility services and repairs.
  • Consult management regarding environmental, health and safety (EHS) matters.
  • Manage emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental compliance, and operational safety programs.
  • Support business continuity and uptime assurance processes.
