About The Position

KPS Global is seeking a Senior Maintenance Tech to join its Maintenance Department. Under limited supervision, this role installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, facilities, and vehicles. The position helps ensure associates have a safe, productive work environment and that customer requirements are consistently met. KPS Global is a privately held provider of insulated panel systems and custom enclosures, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, with five manufacturing locations. The company is owned by the Viessmann Generations Group and has more than 850 employees.

Responsibilities

Perform duties in accordance with the current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct.
Operate hand tools, including electrically and pneumatically powered tools.
Troubleshoot production equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, tools, and company vehicles to determine maintenance and service requirements.
Repair and install complex electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, tools, and automated or numerically controlled plant equipment such as programmable logic controllers.
Read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals to determine maintenance and repair needs.
Fabricate complex production and facility systems using welding, milling, plumbing, and pipefitting.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as required.
Load, unload, lift, and move parts and equipment in preparation for inspection, maintenance, or service, using powered industrial trucks and overhead lifting equipment as required.
Complete and maintain associated electronic processes and paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping and receiving materials.
Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
