About The Position

The Senior Supervisor, Maintenance is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all site equipment and maintenance operations at the St. Louis TTH site. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and partners with engineering and operations to optimize up time, reduce costs, and enable safe, efficient production.

Requirements

High school diploma required
5–8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
Strong leadership and team development skills
Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
Ability to manage competing priorities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance
Lead daily maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Track and manage KPIs such as uptime, PM completion, and backlog. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
