About The Position
The Senior Supervisor, Maintenance is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all site equipment and maintenance operations at the St. Louis TTH site. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and partners with engineering and operations to optimize up time, reduce costs, and enable safe, efficient production.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5–8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance
- Lead daily maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
- Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Track and manage KPIs such as uptime, PM completion, and backlog.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
