About The Position

This role is a key leadership position focused on managing and supervising maintenance teams within established operational and site-maintenance systems. The Sr. Maintenance Manager will be responsible for executing and enhancing the site maintenance plan to meet reliability and performance targets, while also driving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and continuous improvement. The position involves contributing to annual business planning, managing team performance, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring operational compliance with all relevant standards. Additionally, the role focuses on developing organizational capability through coaching and technical development, and promoting effective cross-functional communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level (Engineering or technical discipline preferred).
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance systems, HSE requirements, and operational compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams within established operational and site-maintenance systems.
  • Execute and enhance the site maintenance plan, ensuring reliability and performance targets are met.
  • Drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and continuous improvement, addressing risks and non-conformances proactively.
  • Communicate local action plans and align maintenance activities with functional strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, including budgeting, resource planning, and business case development.
  • Manage performance through clear objectives, KPIs, accountability, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous operational improvements.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop organizational capability by identifying skill gaps, coaching team members, and supporting technical development.
  • Promote effective internal communication and collaboration across functions.
