Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of transportation sales experience, specializing in Less than Truckload ( LTL )
Proven track record of success in closing new business
Persistent, self-starters and competitive individuals
Excellent relationship building skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Energetic and positive attitude

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Driving new business with a focus on leveraging our best in class LTL solutions
Maintaining sales pipeline through persistent follow-up via phone, email, and coordinating face-to-face meetings
Identifying market trnds and capitalizing on new business opportunities
Qualifying and initiating contact with potential customers
Facilitating face to face meetings with current and prospective customers
Problem solving and identifying solutions that R2 Logistics can provide for our customers
Closing new business through daily communication with prospective customers
