About The Position

PAM Transport is seeking a high-energy candidate for a logistics coordinator role focused on carrier and customer relationships. The position supports freight pickup and delivery, develops customer accounts, and helps customers address supply-chain challenges. Compensation includes a base salary dependent on experience and a competitive incentive commission plan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partner carriers.
Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers.
Ensure customer freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365.
Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers.
Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
Design solutions to help customers solve supply-chain challenges.
Oversee successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies.
Identify issues, consult with customers to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions.
Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings.
