About The Position

The Sr. Logistics Analyst will monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments. This role involves tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery, identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels. The analyst will also analyze operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement by reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision-making. They will provide regular updates and insights to leadership and support forecasting and planning efforts. Additionally, the role supports the resolution of logistics issues and inquiries, provides first-level support for logistics systems, and ensures system and data integrity across logistics platforms. The analyst will also support specialized delivery programs and projects as needed, manage a high volume of work and competing priorities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working in large data sets preferred
• Preference given to candidates with experience in reporting and data analysis
• Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Able to translate business needs into actionable solutions

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments, including tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery, identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels.
• Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, including reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision-making, providing regular updates and insights to leadership, and supporting forecasting and planning efforts based on volume and operational trends.
• Support resolution of logistics issues and inquiries, including assisting with troubleshooting transportation and delivery issues, providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders, and partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow-up.
• Provide first-level support for logistics systems, including assisting with basic troubleshooting and issue identification within warehouse systems, supporting users with system questions and navigation, and escalating system issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Support system and data integrity across logistics platforms, including maintaining and validating operational data, assisting with reporting development and enhancements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of key data elements, and supporting implementation of system and process changes.
• Provide support for specialized delivery programs and projects as needed, including coordination, tracking, and communication of key milestones.
• Manage a high volume of work and competing priorities to ensure service level expectations are consistently met.
