About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Line Cook to join a high-volume corporate dining environment. Requirements

  • Valid Food Handler Certification required
  • Non-slip shoes required prior to first day
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed
  • Minimum 4 years of restaurant or line cook experience required
  • Experience in high-volume food service environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Service-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a team
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Day shift availability required
  • Ability to work onsite in person

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-volume food service or corporate dining environments preferred
  • Corporate dining, hotel, resort, or large-scale food service experience
  • Experience with grill, pantry, sauté, or made-to-order stations

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in assigned kitchen stations
  • Follow recipes, food preparation standards, and plating guidelines
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Assist with food prep including cutting, portioning, and ingredient preparation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow all company, client, health, and safety procedures
