About The Position
A coveted Plaintiffs personal injury law firm seeks a "Top Notch" Paralegal with experience in SC Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law. (Defense paralegals are encouraged to apply)
Requirements
- 6+ years of SC personal injury & workers' compensation case management experience.
- Litigation experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with case management software.
- Professional demeanor and appearance required.
Responsibilities
- Handle case load of 70+ personal injury/workers' compensation cases.
- Type legal correspondence.
- Collect medical records & bills (you have your own assistant to help)
- Drafting demand packages
- Set up IME's.
- Draft Briefs.
