About The Position
The Senior Legal Counsel for Aerospace & Defense Technologies (ADTech) serves as both a business partner and a subject matter expert on legal and U.S. Government contracts and compliance-related matters, with responsibility for ensuring timely, accurate, and risk-weighted legal advice and service. A member of a collegial and highly effective Legal Department, the Senior Legal Counsel works in close collaboration with other Oceaneer's across business units and functional departments to enable business and maximize profit in furtherance of the Company’s strategic objectives and within its Mission, Vision, and Values. Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world's premier fleet of work class ROVs.
