We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that elevate employee performance and enhance the customer experience. This role focuses on developing product knowledge, selling skills, service excellence, and presentation capabilities for our sales consultants. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 from home with flexibility needed during training cohorts. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, building engaging learning experiences, and partnering across departments to ensure employees are equipped to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
