Our Learning Experience Design team is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer who moves beyond traditional instructional design and leads collaborative design-thinking workshops to ideate and create class leading hybrid learning programs. In this role you will act as a strategist, technologist, and empathetic designer, partnering with cross-functional teams to build workforce development experiences that combine eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support, mentoring, coaching, and communities of practice. This position requires consistent collaboration with Senior Leaders in Data Center Operations and other teams to design and deliver impactful learning solutions. You will consult with technical subject-matter experts, leverage AI and emerging technologies, and apply data-driven iteration to produce learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a professional who designs and delivers innovative learning solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will have proven mastery of instructional design models, human-centered design & facilitation, multimedia production, and AI. You must be able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, mentor fellow designers, and drive the future development roadmap. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership of outcomes, thinks big about scalable solutions, dives deep into learning science and operational challenges, and maintains the highest standards while moving fast to meet business needs.
