About The Position

Munson Healthcare is seeking a seasoned leadership and organizational development professional to serve as a strategic partner to executives and leaders across the organization. In this enterprise-level role, you will assess organizational and workforce needs, design and implement innovative leadership development strategies, and deliver high-impact learning solutions that align with business objectives and organizational priorities. You will lead complex initiatives from assessment and business case development through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement while facilitating executive and leadership programs, coaching leaders and teams, and influencing organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting, facilitation, and change leadership expertise, a track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and the ability to drive measurable leadership and organizational performance outcomes within a complex, matrixed environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent development or a related field
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning programs using adult learning and instructional design best practices
Demonstrated success facilitating classroom, virtual and large-group learning experiences with a dynamic and engaging communication style
Experience coaching leaders or teams and applying strong consulting, relationship-building and influencing skills
Demonstrated project and program management experience, including successful implementation of multiple complex initiatives with measurable results
Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
