The Sr. (Lead) HR Business Partner will provide daily general HR support to defined client groups to become strategic business partners. Business Partner support will include coaching, employee relations, performance management, recruiting/staffing, organizational effectiveness and development and first line support for compensation and benefits (Total Rewards) questions. Sr. (Lead) HR Business Partner will be the single point of contact for client groups and will partner with the People Services Center and the Total Rewards Center to deliver customer focused proactive solutions and problem solving.
