Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of network and system administration.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common enterprise software.
Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various platforms and devices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring efficient use of IT resources.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or improvements.

Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
