About The Position

The Sr. IT Program Manager is responsible for the management of multiple Project Managers, who are embedded with our Product Oriented Delivery Teams. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for the SI scope management and ensuring the delivery of all milestones and deliverables outlined. Additionally, they will oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints. Supervises individual project managers. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program. Leads multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with our SAP PMO, SI and PMOQA Partners, as well as internal teams, ensure adherence to scope and the identification and mitigation of technical impediments. Programs may contain elements of work outside of the scope of the discrete projects in the program. The main purpose of the role is to deliver strategic value of a business-aligned SAP Modernization Program through effective team and initiative management. The Sr. IT Program Manager works with peers to shape portfolio needs and ensure that the individual disciplines are aligned towards meeting the strategic goals of the SAP Modernization Project. The resource will use their proven experience managing complex programs to improve business experience, minimize technical debt, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Role will support business and IT leaders to plan, scope, and develop programs and projects to implement business-aligned IT strategies. Develops and manages internal resources to continuously deliver technology and process value within an IT Tower or product aligned portfolio.

  • Experience facilitating project tailoring and artifact development to align with project management processes in accordance with project sizing.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $ 136,600 - $ 253,600
